BOLDT LATEST TO JOIN ICE’S “IVY LEAGUE HOME” AT DARTMOUTH

ICE PLAY THREE ON ROAD THIS WEEK STARTING WITH TONIGHT’S GAME IN SIOUX CITY

INDIANAPOLIS, IN- Indiana Ice Clark Cup winning defenseman Taylor Boldt has committed to play Division 1 college hockey for Dartmouth College of the East Coast Athletic Conference (ECAC).

Located in Hanover, NH, Dartmouth has quickly become the Ivy League’s “Home of the Ice” as Boldt will join current Indiana goaltender Cab Morris and defenseman Billy Fitzgerald, and last year’s teammate Jason Bourgea on “The Big Green” in the future.

Boldt has been a steady fixture back on the Indy blue line in just under two seasons with the club. The Niwot, CO native has appeared in all eight games for the Ice this year and has compiled two assists and a (+4) plus/minus.

The Ice saddles up this week for a three-game trip out west starting with the Sioux City Musketeers tonight at 8:00 pm. Indy then plays the Sioux Falls Stampede at 8 pm on Saturday and will conclude the road trip with a 6 pm battle with the Omaha Lancers on Sunday.

A rematch of last years’ Clark Cup Finals awaits the Ice on their return to the Pepsi Coliseum next weekend with games on Friday (11/13) and Saturday (11/14) against the Fargo Force. Both contests are set to face off at 7:05 p.m.

Individual tickets can be purchased for $15 or $9 through all Ticketmaster locations including Karma Records and the Pepsi Coliseum and Conseco Fieldhouse box offices, or by calling 239-5151 or online at ticketmaster.com. Season tickets are on sale and groups of ten or more can purchase discounted tickets by calling the Indiana office at 317.925.4423.
